Muhammad Saad

Muhammad Saad is a second-year Data Science for Public Policy student at the McCourt School. He is a policy and technology professional with a background in digital governance, regulation, and development. He has led advocacy on data privacy regulation and advised tech firms on regulatory compliance in South Asia. He previously also contributed to the Asian Development Bank’s COVID-19 vaccine deployment efforts in the APAC, along with helping manage the UK’s development in Pakistan. Saad is passionate about exploring use of privacy enhancing technologies to enable public health objectives.
