Mari is a 3L in Georgetown University Law Center’s J.D. program. She has a background in biomedical engineering and intellectual property. At Georgetown, she participated in a practicum focused on privacy, and hopes to use the Fritz Fellowship as a forum to further develop her interests in data privacy, emerging technologies, and bioethics. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, trying new cafés, and exploring green spaces, interests that reflect a broader curiosity about how people create community while preserving spaces of autonomy, whether online or in the physical world.
