Taylor Courtney is a third-year law student at Georgetown University Law Center focused on the intersection of technology, law, and public policy. Her interests include artificial intelligence, privacy, intellectual property, and the ways emerging technologies reshape legal institutions and society. At Georgetown, she is a Technology Law and Policy Scholar and has conducted research on digital platform governance, technology litigation, and privacy alongside Professor Paul Ohm and the Knight-Georgetown Institute. She has also worked in intellectual property transactions and technology policy, experiences that have strengthened her interest in how law can respond to rapidly evolving technologies while accounting for their broader social and ethical implications.
