Arjun D’Souza is an LL.M. student specialising in Technology Law and Policy. He has appeared before High Courts and the Supreme Court of India on issues of data privacy, surveillance reform, internet shutdowns, and online user safety. He is currently analysing circumstances where empirical evidence is integrated into tech policy litigation in the United States at the federal and state level.
