Bio: Katie Wells is a Fritz Fellow at Georgetown University’s Communication, Culture, and Technology program and the Beeck Center for Social Impact and Innovation. She is a geographer who writes about the changing relationship between tech, labor, and cities. She is an author of the book Disrupting D.C.: The Rise of Uber and the Fall of the City.
