Sarah Chao is a senior at Georgetown University studying Government and Tech, Ethics, & Society (TES). Her work with the Knight-Georgetown Institute (KGI) and Communication, Culture, & Technology (CCT) program focuses on tracking the use of empirical evidence in digital platform litigation in areas such as privacy, antitrust, consumer protection, products liability, and online speech. Sarah is particularly interested in comparing how emerging technologies, market competition, and regulatory frameworks interact to shape litigation in the U.S., EU, and Asia.
